Precision Crushing of Brittle Materials
The Double-Roller Mill – WS is designed for the efficient, low-contamination crushing of brittle materials such as ores, slag, glass, ceramics, battery materials, and limestone with a Mohs hardness of up to approximately 8.5. Using two counter-rotating grinding rollers, the mill applies pressure and shear forces to achieve consistent and reliable particle size reduction.

Depending on the material and machine configuration, the WS Series delivers comminution ratios from 1:2 up to approximately 1:20, making it ideal for laboratory sample preparation and industrial quality control.
