Fast, Reproducible Fine Comminution and Homogenisation
The Laboratory Disc Mill TS 1200–P is designed for fast, loss-free, and reproducible fine comminution and homogenization of laboratory samples. It produces highly consistent sample preparation for accurate downstream analysis, including X-ray fluorescence (XRF) using pressed pellets or fused beads.

Capable of processing sample volumes from 10 to 1000 cm³, the TS 1200–P achieves final particle sizes of less than 40 μm* in a single grinding cycle, delivering reliable and repeatable analytical results.
*Final fineness depends on the sample material, grinding vessel, and operating parameters.
