Our thermogravimetry has a compact design and is equipped with high-resolution balance systems. The top-loading sample arrangement allows for easy operation and measurement of the temperature directly at the sample.
Almost all our thermobalances are vacuum-tight and allow for the measurement of mass changes under defined atmospheres. The optional c-DTA® signal additionally yields information on Exothermic and endothermal processes in the sample, even if they are not related to a mass change.
Our range of TGA’s includes:
- The TG 209 F1 Libra® instrument allows for analyses to be carried out even faster, more accurately, and across an extended temperature range. The user can thus receive the results of the analysis – even at the highest temperature – within a few minutes, i.e., 20 times faster than for other thermobalances.
- TG 209 F3 Tarsus® is a basic instrument for thermogravimetric measurements that offer already a resolution of 0.1 µg. The TG 209 F3 Tarsus® operates between room temperature and 1000°C with freely selectable heating rates from 0.001 K/min up to 200 K/min.
- The STA 449 F1 Jupiter® combines unlimited configuration flexibility and unmatched performance in just one instrument. Easily to use a top-loading system with exceptionally precise balance resolution (25 ng resolution at a weighing range of 5g) and the highest long-term stability.
- The simultaneous thermal analyser STA 449 F3 Jupiter® allows the measurement of mass changes and thermal effects between -150°C and 2400°C.
- This vacuum-tight STA 449 F5 Jupiter® is hand built specifically for your application. It has a high resolution, a high range, a low drift balance, and a sensitive DSC capability that enables it to excel in all typical applications across a broad range of temperatures.
- The STA 2500 Regulus features a highly reliable, fully equipped instrument package for STA measurements up to 1600°C at an attractive price. A highly reliable and fully equipped cost-saving instrument package.
Heated coupling adapters for gas analysis systems such as QMS, FTIR, or GC-MS can be added on too many thermobalances. The thermogravimetric analysers of the 400 series can be equipped with DSC and/or DTA sample carriers at any time in order to form full-fledged TGA-DSC or TGA-DTA instruments (STA).
These thermobalances meet respective instrument and application standards, including ISO 11358, ISO/DIS 9924, ASTM E1131, ASTM D3850, and DIN 51006. Our thermogravimetry has a compact design and is equipped with high-resolution balance systems. The top-loading sample arrangement allows for easy operation and measurement of the temperature directly at the sample.
